PRODUCTION TIME: Approximately 15-20 business days from paid invoice. QUOTES: All quotes are good for 30 days. PROOFS: Although every effort will be made to prevent errors, (grammar, spelling and layout) we will not be responsible for any errors on an order that was proofed and approved by the customer. These errors will be corrected at the customer's sole expense. Please review all proofs carefully. DIGITAL ARTWORK: • Vector based Illustrator EPS format is preferred or PDF • All text in artwork must be converted to curves/outlines. • If additional work is needed, Graphic Designer fees may apply. REFUND POLICY: Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email: info@uptownscreenprinting.com to submit your claim. If WE are responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors. CLIENT PROVIDED GARMENTS: When we do NOT sell you the blank garments, we are not able to replace anything that goes wrong, doesn't turn out well, or otherwise has an issue of any kind • If we did not sell you the garment, we cannot fully warranty the item. • If we did not sell you the garment, we cannot guarantee results, quality or longevity of the decoration. • If we did not sell you the garment, we cannot replace, repair or otherwise "fix" it if it gets ruined.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
